  • Secure authentication via OAuth (no password storage)
  • Access controls and role-based permissions

Data Retention Periods

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of account deletion
  • Conversation history: Typically retained for 90 days, then deleted; conversations tied to saved artifacts may be retained longer
  • Uploaded attachments: Deleted after processing; any leftovers are removed within 24 hours
  • Support access log: Retained up to 12 months for transparency and security
  • Technical logs: Retained for 90 days for security purposes
